All in the spirit of the Brdo Castle’s rich history. When creating the menu, emphasis is on food selection and specialties matched with select wines recommended by the expert sommeliers of the house. Throughout its history, the castle has hosted some of the most affluent guests from around the world – among them HRH Queen Elizabeth II of the United Kingdom.
