Q: What do you love about meetings?
I may have contracted a permanent “MICE virus”, as I am passionately taking my job as a lifestyle. Every day is filled with dynamic variety, challenges and the opportunity to build strong relationships. It is also the traveling factor that drives me in the sense of constant personal and professional development together with the freedom to be creative and to implement daring out of the box ideas as practical solutions.

Q: Your tips for the perfect event?
The definition of a “perfect event” is as various as are our clients – event organisers with different objectives, profiles, themes, budgets, etc. Being able to actively listen to the clients, provide them with best possible solutions, consider and intelligently transmit potential improvements and spice up the whole experience with a special “wow” factor are crucial to making a certain event a story of success.

Q: Why organise meeting in your city/hotel?
Bled makes an ideal destination for blending business and pleasure and for re-connecting – with yourself, with your clients and with your team of co-workers. You have to feel it to fall in love with it and as you do it is just a question of time before you seek for more.

Q: The most memorable event for you?
Every event is special and memorable in terms of being unique. However, I would highlight our last three hosted FAM Trips with clients from France, Hungary and Italy. In all three cases, it was their first visit to Bled; they came on Friday formally as potential business partners, but left us on Sunday as friends. Establishing such strong ties creates the best reward for the work we do.
