During EIBTM in Barcelona the Director of Sales at ACC Liverpool – Arena and Convention Centre in Liverpool, Kerrin MacPhie, gave a presentation of the key venue in the North West and in the UK which hosted a whole range of conferences and events. Liverpool is a world class destination and the ACC Liverpool which is located on the waterfront on a UNESCO World Heritage Site attracts a great number of the events to the city. She outlined that the key to success in the MICE industry is to be unique and to have a team of experienced people of great expertise.
