Kathleen Warden, Director of Conferences at the SEC
Commenting on the win, Kathleen Warden, Director of Conferences at the SECC explained; “Our collaborative team approach was key to delivering a successful bid against significant international competition to host this event. We have a long standing history of working with The Royal College who have previously hosted their national conference with us, and Europaediatrics in 2013. We have no doubt that the outstanding reputation of the RCPCH in the global field of paediatrics and child health ensured a victory, and as always it has been a privilege working with them. We look forward to welcoming this prestigious event to Glasgow and The SECC.”
“This win follows a very positive period of conference wins for the SECC so it is not only hugely encouraging but also a great endorsement to see that we continue to attract high profile events of this calibre.”
