At the exact moment, when the creative spark skips in between participants and organizers is limited and therefore it requires careful planning.
The methodology used by Slovenian experts Miha Kovačič, director of Slovenian Convention Bureau and Gorazd Čad, director of creative agency Toleranca Marketing, is based on many years of experience and inspired by the Danish »Meetovation« method. In order to develop a positive experience of the participants, Slovenia follows the logical phases by using a variety of tools, which are integrated in each event. These phases are guided by certain rules, which can only be learned over time and through experience.
