Croatia with new luxury hotel Salona Palace in April 2017

Croatia is strengthening its luxury offer, with many luxury hotels opening in the recent years. One of this is also the Hotel Salona Palaca, a 4-star hotel located in Solin, just 30 metres from the entrance to the ancient Roman city Salona, which is set to open in April 2017. Namely “the coolest hotel in Croatia” is located in the ancient Dalmatian town of Solin, home to the largest archaeological site in Croatia, surrounded by gorgeous gates, temples and an amphitheatre, just 5 km north of Split. In spite the hotel is not even open, the Sunday Times named it No.1 on its list of the “30 Coolest Hotels in Croatia”.

Hotel Salona Palace, a small luxury resort will offer its guest everything they need, whether coming for business or pleasure. It will offer 2 types of rooms (Standard & Superior) and 2 types of suites (Cesar Suite & Junior Suite), spa and wellness centre, restaurants, a conference room and banquet hall. The hotel will also open Joe’s Beach Lounge and Bar on nearby Kasjuni beach, with paddle boarding and kayaking offer.

Based on the historical location, the hotels guest will discover the history with the access to the extensive ruins and precincts walked by Julius Caesar. And let’s not forget that Split with Diocletian’s Palace is only 5 kilometres away.
