Q: What are your recommendations for wellbeing and keeping in shape while being on a business trip?
Though being on a business trip that does not mean that anyone should eliminate his or her healthy habits and regular exercise. Most likely, there are a number of limitations regarding limited time and nourishment, but a few trivialities can already contribute to a better wellbeing.
I suggest that in the morning before business obligations, or at the afternoon before dinner, one devotes at least one hour for exercise. Visit the hotel gym or go for a run to the park. Keep an eye on the nourishment – take time for breakfast in the hotel and limit the amount of alcohol at a business dinner or lunch. Besides all this, remember to have a sufficient amount of sleep, which will limit the exposure to the stress.
