This Saturday, 17th June 2017, GR – Ljubljana Exhibition and Convention Centre will be buzzing health, hosting the 4th Festival of Health by company Ljubljana Pharmacies (Lekarna Ljubljana), company providing Ljubljana pharmaceutical services with 28 pharmacies in the City of Ljubljana and 14 concessionaires. Main purpose of Health Festival is to raise awareness of the importance of prevention activities to maintain health and wellness. This year’s festival with free admission will be devoted to families even more, proceeding from the fact that children learn by imitation and are led by examples from their parents and other family members also on topics of their health and wellbeing. With this purpose parents and children will be able to participate in various interesting and instructive workshops. This combines with the purpose of the organizer and their mission to help individuals to identify any inappropriate behaviour and their present activities for lifestyle change in order to improve their health and well-being and increased quality of life. The organizer, company Ljubljana Pharmacies, will also donate 5 defibrillators to the City of Ljubljana at this occasion, 4 defibrillators to the company for Ljubljana public transport (Ljubljanski potniški promet) and 1 to Ljubljana City Library.

After 3 successful executed festivals, this year’s festival brings even richer programme, providing that everybody will find something for themselves at the festival held at GR, the leading Slovenian Convention Centre, also member of international ICCA and AIPC. With their slogan “365 days of events” and more than, they prove the slogan to be right. GR has also marked a special jubilee last week when company marked its 63rd year of successfully placing Slovenia on meetings industry map and successfully working with regional and international organizers working with them, guarantying that cooperation with GR is simply put the best.
