Warsaw presents another successful bid and wins the organization of a large European medical congress. More than 700 scientists from Europe will gather in the capital of Poland in 2019 to discuss current developments and achievements in clinical neurophysiology.

The 4-day ECCN Congress is held every 2 years and has never been to Poland before. The last three editions took place in Rome (2011), Brno (2015) and in Budapest only a few weeks ago. During this year’s Conference, after getting acquainted with the Polish offer, the General Assembly decided that the next Congress in 2019 will take place in Warsaw.

The chosen theme for the ECCN 2019 will be “Shaping the Present and Future of Clinical Neurophysiology”. The host of the event are the Polish Society of Clinical Neurophysiology (PTNK) and the Professional Congress Organizer (PCO) Barceló Congresos, who successfully organized the ECCN in 2002 in Barcelona.
