Hundreds of guests, renowned experts and representatives of over 80 countries! That’s HYDRO 2018 conference in a nut shell.
Except for these mentioned topics, other like: water safety, anti-flooding measures or development of small and big companies dealing professionally with water power, will be mentioned. A water-technology exhibit will accompany the conference all three days of its duration: 15-17 October 2018.
It’s worth adding, that one of the reasons that organizers decided to choose Gdansk as host of this event, is a study tour, that took place in our city, in June this year.
This conference is also an excellent platform of experience exchange and new business contacts making.
The programme of course also includes Gdansk sightseeing. As the organizers wrote: participants will get a chance to get acquainted with a rich and unique history and heritage of a beautiful port city on the Baltic shore – Gdansk.
The event is being supported by the local utility company Energa, as well as the Polish Hydropower Association, the Insititute of Fluid Flow Machinery of the Polish Academy of Sciences, and the Polish Association for Small Hydropower Development.
