From the 8TH to 12TH November 2017, visitors will have the opportunity to visit the Ambient Ljubljana and the Home Plus with one ticket, all in all to feel the complete experience for all who are planning or deciding on either renovating, building or refurbishing their living, business and other environments. All together 183 companies from 13 countries will present best of their offer at already 28th Ambient Ljubljana fair and the 2nd Home Plus.
“Last year’s offer of two fairs with one ticket proved to be a good move for exhibitors and visitors. Often visitors do not know very well what exactly individual fair offers, as they complement with the segments we have now placed in Home Plus. Free advice from landscape architects, financiers, construction physicists and other experts remains very attractive for them. The main focus of this year’s program is focused on the comprehensive renovation of multi-apartments buildings – from the collection of ideas to the final realization of the project. As far as Ambient Ljubljana is concerned, I can proudly say that GR – Ljubljana Exhibition and Convention Centre has been actively developing projects that stimulate the development of furniture industry and design in Slovenia for several years now. This year we have already prepared the 8th exhibition and the Top Idea trade show, presenting its fresh design ideas from 24 young artists, the most so far. Three years ago, we also introduced free architectural consulting Top Architect and Special Guest Ambient, this year this is the Italian company Miniforms. Top architect – Free Architectural Consulting
The GR – Ljubljana Exhibition and Convention Centre promotes the importance of a culture of living for the broadest public and for the third year in a row they’ve organized the section “Top Architects” and free architectural consulting, bringing the public closer to the professional value of profiles, such as architect and designer. Free architectural consulting has become a popular and helpful additional programme for visitors of the fair with consultants proposing ideas for home renovation and providing the visitors with expert advice and tips on how to create the best living space.

Visit the two fairs and get an idea, a product that will freshly complemented your interior. The special exhibition and trade show of young creators is a real inspiration for all those emphasizing the functionality and design pleasure. Again, the Slovenian young designers, architects and craftsmen will be represented by various products and approaches within the “Design trade show” at the Kocka hall. Some bet on modern technology, others on recycle or handmade products. They represent themselves as individuals or in a group.
Top 5 prize and The top of the top prize for products and system solutions, which best unite functionality with technological or artistic quality will be again presented to the best designers by the international jury. Vladimir Pezdirc, Head of the international jury “TOP 5” Prize and “The top of the Top” and the conceptual father of the project: ”The role of design is necessary in the development of new high-quality competitive products and services, which is positively reflected in the economic and social success of each society and, last but not least, in the work and mission of the Ambient Fair”.
