Mr. Kovařík also gained valuable experience in hotel Kempinski Grand Arena Bansko in Bulgaria, Radisson Blu Resort Split and Radisson Blu Resort Sun Gardens in Dubrovnik, Croatia, where he worked as a director of sales and marketing. The necessary experience for managing the Holiday Inn Prague Congress Centre he gained in a hotel Crowne Plaza Prague (in that time was included under the trade marks of the Intercontinental Hotel Group – IHG), where he led a business team. Mr. Kovařík graduated from the Institute of Hospitality Management in Prague 8, subject Marketing Communications in the Service Industry, he is married and father of two daughters Anna and Emily.
