Monday: Conventa 2012 recap

Being a part of Conventa between 18 and 19 January was pure pleasure. The organizers of Conventa are actively involved in the execution of the event, which gives us an opportunity to feel the mood of the participants and the vibe of the trade show. After a year of communicating with exhibitors and hosted buyers by phone or email a hand shake offers a whole new experience. It gives us a feeling of friendship and trust despite meeting for the first time. We were very pleased the region of Southeast Europe got the opportunity to present itself to our colleagues and our very important clients.

Tuesday: A New Beginning

16 and 17 January 2013 are the dates for the next edition of Conventa revealed at the past event. We believe it is already marked in the calendars of all our partners and representatives of congress providers of Southeast Europe. This year the colour scheme will be red like the www.conventa.info webpage. Changes will occur only in the improvement of quality of the event.  The trends were set by our participants who gave us feedback in Conventa surveys after the event. Satisfied participants are our main standard of success of the event. We will certainly follow global trends and introduce novelties to the event. A lot of attention will be paid to eco guidelines for the next events.

Wednesday: Southeast Europe under one roof

When representatives of congress destinations, capacities and services in southeast Europe meet at Conventa we feel like we’re meeting with dear friends. The business in our region is closely linked, which is why we formed special bonds. Conventa is also a wonderful opportunity for newcomers since they can learn the specifics of the meetings industry by following guidelines and preparing for a successful presentation on the global market.  At Conventa we wish to demonstrate the region of Southeast Europe offers a number of excellent business opportunities and that it strives to achieve the highest international standards.

Thursday:  Getting to know the destination first-hand

It is evident meetings planners also attend fam trips in our region besides attending the trade show. This year Conventa partner destination upgraded their programmes which is evident by the increased business interest and the marks they received. Soon we will once again start the process of selecting partner destinations while increasing the standards in accordance with the wishes of our clients. The aim of a fam trip is to introduce the destinations in a true and unforgettable way.

Friday: Business opportunity

We feel privileged many important meeting planners from Europe gave a chance to Conventa in the last four years. The trade show strives to live up to their expectations and investments of time into our region and our partners. Gaining trust of our clients is the driving force of our work all year long. Our biggest challenge at Conventa is to attract hosted buyers with real purchasing power. We wish to show them the diversity of our region, our creativity and professionalism. We are happy interest in participation at Conventa 2013 is high even before the beginning of the application process.
