Happy 117th Birthday hotel Hilton Imperial Dubrovnik. On , the 29th of January, 117 years ago the present day hotel Hilton Imperial Dubrovnik was officially opened. The hotel was originally built in 1897 and is known as the grand old lady of Dubrovnik tourism. The Imperial hotel was the first ever building in Dubrovnik to have a lift as well as the first object with an electric light bulb. Today , hotel imperial is still one of the best Dubrovnik hotels, managed by worldwide known „ Hilton International“.
