Slovenian Convention Bureau is delighted to announce their colleague Azra Botonjic is back on board from her maternity leave. Azra has been working as marketing manager at the Slovenian Convention Bureau for eight years now. She is looking forward to new challenges and has already swung on the congress parquet, focusing on international associations’ marketing.
Azra has previously worked in hospitality industry and has extensive experience in marketing. “MICE industry is changing, millennial-age meeting planners and attendees want more modern meeting design and advanced event technology so we have to adjust our activities to new trends and needs of respected partners and clients. I am looking forward to getting involved in new projects and making a difference.”
She continues: “After one year on maternity leave I am back with fresh ideas and ready for new challenges. Becoming a mum is the best thing that could happen to me. The new role makes women stronger, more focused, organized and clear on priorities. At the end its all about right balance between work and family.”
