TEDx events always bring inspiration and share ideas worth sharing. On 15th of May, a very exciting event happened for Croatian TEDx community: biggest TEDx event in Croatia so far, where 20 speakers shared their ideas at TEDxZagreb: BUILD.FUTURE.NOW.
TEDx community in Croatia is growing and 73 events that were organized so far show that Croatians are hungry of knowledge, ideas, motivation and connection. TEDxZagreb’s 9th event proved that TEDx will continue attracting locals in Croatia, with TEDx license holder Karlo Matić running the show.
The message of the event was clear. Boundaries exist, but if you believe in something, if you really want it to happen and if you work hard, you can overcome those boundaries. The energy at the event was magical, participants could feel the community and inspiration that went through the walls of Concert Hall of Vatroslav Lisinski. A perfect blend of farmers, entrepreneurs, innovators, artists, storytellers, scientists, journalists and professors inspired the audience to build a better future together.
What is TEDx: In the spirit of TED’s mission, “ideas worth spreading,” the TEDx program helps communities, organizations and individuals produce TED-style events at the local level. TEDx events are planned and coordinated independently, on a community-by-community basis, under a free license from TED.
