Before you ask us about the dress code and meetings let us tell you the story behind our meeting. Our methodology is how to create the meeting space, to meet up in the so-called festival environment, in a living room set-up to create the relaxed atmosphere. We steer to the direction of two-way presentations, to discussions and like to use our time in the most efficient way. That is why we will dedicate the first part of our meeting for the presentations in the Pecha Kucha format, while one presentation will last for 6 minutes and 40 seconds in total – and do not be scared, will pick the best four presentations for you.
We firmly believe that the meetings industry needs a revolution, as new generations will probably just swap boring meetings for virtual reality and a virtual future altogether. When keeping in mind the creative venue and relaxed atmosphere, there is no wonder why we picked up the salon “In the Park”, situated in the ideal center of Sofia (small NDK building) for our gathering. The venue provides us with the relaxed, but still sophisticated, environment for the private event, furnished in the style of refined eclecticism. The venue will take you from the green lawn directly to the ballroom for the invaluable experience.
