The 8th Health Tourism Industry (HTI) Conference was held 1-3 March 2018 in Zagreb, Croatia, at the Westin Zagreb Hotel. More than 400 participants from 40 countries attended the largest European event and a No.1 meeting point for top professionals.
The agenda was formed of general sessions (presentations and panels) offered by 50 leading industry speakers. EHTI Leaders Summit, EHTTA Forum and Destination Forums (on Russian and CIS, Middle East and Chinese markets), meetings with 50 buyers (prearranged meetings with app), and B2B Workshop for Financing Health Tourism in Europe. The attendees came from diverse backgrounds: healthcare providers, hospitality industry, government organizations, travel & agency facilitators, wellness industry, science and education, marketing and advertising, and others.
Attendees were able to network with the potential business partners, generate new business with the key decision makers, while they were also offered education and Developing Business Intelligence through agenda, which was led by the experts in different areas, covering a wide range of topics and the latest trends in the industry.
The next, 9th Health Tourism Industry (HTI) Conference, will be held in Brussels on 26-27 November 2018 and it will launch a 24-hour condense concept during the European Tourism Day.
