The atmosphere of our romantic brick building creates the perfect conditions for a contemplative Christmas party. Bring the Christmas spirit to your guests and end the working year on a high note with a delicious food prepared by our caterer “Ederer”.

Appetizer buffet: seasonal salads from the region complemented with “Weizer Mulbratl with Kren” / “Schröckers fish variation with Kren – Gervais” / “St. Kathreiner Bio” goats milk cheeses with tomatoes and basil

Main course buffet: homemade roast beef with butter bones and gratinated potatoes / breaded chicken breast with rice, peas and cranberries/ salmon trout fillet with seasonal vegetables gratinated with crème fraiche and herbs / filled dumplings with “Kräuterseitlinge” and parmesan

Dessert buffet: gingerbread roll/nougat slices / “Punschkrapferl”

Drinks included: Styrian Wine (“Zweigelt/Weißburgunder“) from the Leitner vineyard, Schattauberg vineyard / Styrian apple juice from Macher, Sonnleiten / sparkling water from Vöslauer / Styrian beer from the Puntigam brewery

It ́s also possible to offer a “Glühwein“ outside as welcome drink for your guests.

Price basis 2018: starting at 74,50€ per person plus 20% value‐added tax (calculation basis from 100 guests for the duration of 6 hours)
