In April 2018 Hotel Lev finished the first part of the renovation – the renovation of 22 rooms. The second part of the renovation which will bring an additional 14 rooms will be completed by May 2019. Meaning that by summer Hotel Lev will have 209 rooms available.
Besides the renovation of the rooms, the hotel will also have a renovated reception desk and a new bistro overlooking the recently reconstructed Gosposvetska road. The hotel’s breakfast room will also get a new interior.
The renovation will relate the beginning of Lev’s story from the 60’s of the previous century – the new visual will fuse the modern, timeless elegance with a retro touch.
Renovated will not only be common hotel premises, but also 78 rooms on five floors. The design of the complete renovation is the work of the established Austrian architectural bureau BWM with numerous references in the hotel industry, and the investment is estimated at around 4.5 million euros.
