Let’s stay connected – Join the second edition of the virtual ICCA Chapter Meet Up Central Europe on Wednesday May 27th, from 15-16 CET. The meeting will offer an opportunity for ICCA members to gather and unite virtually.
Topic: Strategies for overcoming the crisis
The near, let alone distant future of the global meetings industry has become highly unpredictable. Despite the uncertainty, destinations and service providers, need to escape passive position and come into proactive phase. How to turn marketing and sales upside down? Is this time to re-think everything and implement new communication, technology or sales solutions? Did we position our destination or true values or leisure subjective promises? When the last recession hit, most destinations, agencies and providers radically decreased marketing and R&D budgets. Savings from communication budget cuts are short-lived and the negative consequences of not communicating with clients substantial.
