The Bulgarian Prime Minister Boyko Borissov held a meeting with representatives of the Bulgarian Convention Bureau


The Prime Minister Boyko Borissov met with representatives of the Bulgarian Convention Bureau. The meeting was also attended by the Minister of Health Kiril Ananiev and Prof. Todor Kantardzhiev from the National Operational Headquarters.

During the conversation, the Bulgarian Convention Bureau informed the Prime Minister and the Minister of Health about the problems of the sector, which is completely blocked and has not been functioning since the very beginning of the coronavirus pandemic.

“The incidence rate has been steadily declining in Bulgaria. From the data available to the health authorities, we can take another step to loosen COVID-19 measures” said Prime Minister Borissov.

The meeting reached a consensus on the problems of the industry. As a result, today the Minister of Health Kiril Ananiev will issue an order regulating the procedure for holding congress-conference events, seminars and exhibitions.
