Kazan set to host renowned International Economic Summit

The International Economic Summit “Russia – Islamic World: KazanSummit 2021” and the Exhibition of the Halal Industry Russia Halal Expo 2021 will be held from 28 to 30 July 2021 in Kazan (Republic of Tatarstan, Russia) in the Kazan Expo International Exhibition Center. The event will be organized in a hybrid format – online and onsite.

The International Economic Summit “Russia – Islamic World: KazanSummit” was for the first time held in 2009 and from the very beginning has proved itself as a leading international platform for economic interaction between the Russian Federation and the countries of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC), a space for discussing the issues of collaboration and joint projects, presenting the economic and investment potential of Russia for the countries of the Islamic world. The event annually brings together representatives of international organizations, state authorities, financial institutions, members of parliament, leading investors, entrepreneurs and business builders, top managers of Russian and foreign companies.

In 2021, the International Economic Summit is expected to gather delegates from 8 countries and 13 regions of Russia. Among the major events of the Summit are the Exhibition of the Halal Industry Russia Halal Expo 2021, the International Mechanical Engineering Cluster Forum, the Ak Bars Bank Financial Marathon, the Modest Fashion show and many others.
