The Munich Convention Bureau, in collaboration with the GCB, was pleased to welcome event planners from Germany and Switzerland back to Munich. The program for the eleven participants was planned in cooperation with the agency Weichlein Tours + Incentives and implemented under the direction of the Munich Convention Bureau. The participants stayed at the Aloft Hotel in a central location.

The program included a visit to the “Munich classics,” such as the Bayerischer Hof and BMW Welt. The tour of the Allianz Arena, including a visit on the edge of the pitch and a small aperitif in the Business Club, was a source of excitement. Traditionally, the event took place at the Paulaner am Nockherberg with beer tasting and get-together as well as a hearty dinner with musical accompaniment by the band “Happy Bavarians”.

An experienced guide provided historical background knowledge during a city tour. The tour ended at the Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten Kempinski, which was presented during a sight inspection. The lunch break was enjoyed at the Park Café, which now shines in new splendor after its renovation work. A rickshaw brought all guests safely back to the hotel and offered one last view of the beautiful cityscape.

The entire Fam trip was carried out in a corona-compliant manner, i.e. the 3G rules were observed. The upper limit of 25 people per interior was not exceeded.
