More than 200 years old, Stanzia Cocci provides its visitors with tradition and privacy with a touch of luxury. The villa is located on a beautiful estate of 7 ha, surrounded by olive groves, vineyards and forests. In recent years, Stanzia Cocci has been completely renovated, keeping the original appearance and the traditional elements of Istrian architectural legacy, with the purpose of providing complete comfort to its guests. Stanzia Cocci was built by Count Cocci around 1810. However, the Count lost his estate in a card game.
The special venue offers a covered terrace with a barbeque grill and wine boutique overlooking the beautiful olive groves and vineyards.
