One of the best hotels in the region, Hotel Regent Porto Montenegro, is celebrating its female management board on International Women’s Day.
“Most of the managerial positions in the hotel management are women. Their business results at the Regent Hotel have been proven through several years of work, and they have linked their professional path to the development of the hotel business. We are honoured to present the managers of the Regent Hotel: Tanja Čolaković is in charge of the flawless functioning of the Spa Center, Iva Bokan and Tijana Krtić lead the Reception Sector, Marija Delibašić is the Sales Director, Sanja Stojanović leads the events team, Elena Ljiljanić – PR & Marketing, Carmen Cristea, director of finance at the regional level, Sanja Vujacic, head of accounting, and the most interesting thing is that the title of concierge manager, which typically belongs to male colleagues in the hotel industry, is successfully held by Jelena Slijepcevic from Tivica,” said Zana Zekovic, director of human resources.

The theme of this year’s International Women’s Day is Breaking Prejudice (#BreakTheBias). The team of the hotel want to create a world that is diverse, fair, inclusive and implies equality for women. The Regent Hotel team is already helping overcome prejudice in the hotel business.
