A low carbon menu in the limelight
International Convention Centre Sydney (ICC Sydney), managed by ASM Global, today released its 2023 Menu Collection developed by its in-house team of culinary experts. Featuring low-carbon menu options denoted for easy selection, the collection allows event organisers to make more sustainable (and diverse) food choices across six core menus.
ICC Sydney CEO and Group Director – Convention Centres, ASM Global (APAC), Geoff Donaghy says that the latest menu offers event organisers another avenue to make a positive difference to the environment and community, while also supporting First Nations-owned businesses.
ICC Sydney Director of Culinary Services, Lynell Peck says the new menu collection, complemented with the venue’s signature 100% local wine list, takes guests on a gastronomic tour of New South Wales (NSW) with more than 130 local producers across our supply chain, celebrating the unique and diverse flavours of the region, brought to life by ICC Sydney’s world-class chefs.
“In classic ICC Sydney style, our new Menu Collection caters for all event formats and delegate palates. With a focus on sustainability and diversity, event organisers can make informed choices from across 186 low carbon options from the Breakfast, Lunch, Plated, Canape, Morning Tea and Afternoon Tea, and Indian Feast menus.”
