The magazine offers a comprehensive overview of Ljubljana’s culinary scene, with many ideas for the culinary exploration of the capital.

The second issue of Gourmet Ljubljana delves into everything that is gastronomically trending in Ljubljana: from the most diverse forms of fermentation to urban beekeeping. Strolling the nearby forests of the city and its surroundings, the authors of the magazine chatted with food-gathering enthusiasts whilst uncovering the sustainable aspects of Ljubljana’s cuisine.

This year’s hit – Noodles

This year, the buzzword is “noodles” in all their forms. Coming from all ends of the world, Ljubljana’s gastronomic scene offers virtually everything. A walk down the lively Trubarjeva street takes visitors through Asian, Italian and traditional domestic pasta stories. A little further, they can also get to know the Japanese culinary tradition and how it flourished in Ljubljana.
