The Bea World Festival is the essential meeting place and networking event for the international event community. With only 1 day to go, event agencies can still complete their submissions for the Best Event Awards.
By entering their best events, event agencies can earn an international certificate of excellence and gain new business opportunities. In addition, they can showcase their creativity and strategic thinking to the Bea World International Jury: the one and only composed of representatives of top corporate companies and senior representatives of national event agencies’ associations.
The Festival is built around three key elements:
Digital Live Show
Bea World Festival is a truly digital live communication experience. The best event agencies and most interesting venues and destinations in the world will showcase their projects live to the Jury members and delegates in a public audition. All shortlisted events will be presented in approximately 8 minutes by a representative of the entrant agency, including a 3-minute video, a 2-minute speech, and a 2-minute Q&A session. Winners will be celebrated on Friday 24 November during the Awards Ceremony.
Interaction
Bea World Festival is the perfect environment to exchange ideas with peers and industry experts from different countries and cultures. Get the chance to interact, share, debate and work through ideas! The Educational Programme will offer delegates outstanding keynote presentations, technical workshops and interactive sessions that will help them get inspiration and new ideas.
Networking
The Festival features a series of activities designed to facilitate networking among delegates and to create business opportunities with top professionals from all over the world.
Creativity and networking experiences in Rome
Three inspiring days full of creativity, networking opportunities, knowledge transfer and destination experiences culminate in the ceremonies celebrating the winners of the Best Event Awards and Best Location Awards.
Over 600 heads of event agencies, corporate event directors, senior representatives of event associations, and trade media from over 40 countries will gather from November 23rd to 25th to:
– Participate in the live auditions: A show in itself since all shortlisted projects will be presented by their creators to the Jury Panel and Delegates during a public session.
– Get involved in the Educational Programme: An opportunity to get inspiration from the keynote sessions, to learn, exchange visions, creativity, and best practices.
– Celebrate the Best Event Awards: A gala ceremony to award the best live communication projects and get international recognition. A great show followed by a super after-party.
