“The curtain came down on the third edition of the Live Communication Week with an incredible final night. More than 800 guests from 30 countries filled the hall and celebrated the winners of the 18th edition of Bea World. Heartfelt thanks to all those who worked with ADC Group and made this international event possible. See you next year in the Eternal City again, where we will be until 2025, thanks to the agreement with the Municipality of Rome, partner of the initiative,” said Salvatore Sagone, President of ADC Group.

Germany took the highest step of the podium to win the highest accolade this year: the Golden Grand Prix went to the agency fischerAppelt, live marketing for The Homeless Gallery event, which also won the Press Award, awarded by a select press jury, and the Gold in Non-Profit/CSR Event. A pop-up art gallery that, like its homeless artists, has no shelter and makes its world visible. Under bridges, in the streets. Hinz&Kunzt, the street art magazine, with 30 life stories, and 30 works of art.  “We exhibited the resulting artwork in 13 locations, under bridges, in underground stations, and on the streets, creating a new and surprising way of raising awareness,” said the organisers.

The German agency also won the title of Best Bea World Event Agency and two golds in Organisational Complexity Management and Celebration / Festivity with the FIFA Fan Festival event for FIFA and Supreme Committee for Delivery & Legacy, which also took bronze in Public Institution Event. Rounding off the agency’s haul was another bronze in Convention with Volkswagen Brand Experience 2023.

The Grand Prix Iconic Award went to the event Rome Expo 2030 Candidature – Humanlands developed by Filmmaster and Ega Worldwide for Comitato per Expo 2030 Roma, which also received 2 silvers in Cultural Event and Unexpected Use of a Space. Rome’s candidacy for Expo 2030 culminated with the inspection visit to Rome and the presentation in Paris. Among the activities carried out were thematic tables at the Mercati di Traiano, a visit to the Tor Vergata site and Calatrava’s Vela, meetings with public institutions and gala dinners. Maximum effect was achieved through the ‘Humanlands’ events, a series of live shows of great artistic value. In Rome, the Expo themes were conveyed through its greatest icon, the Colosseum, which was the canvas on which to project a vision of the future, with the first drone show in history to fly over such a delicate historical site. Maintaining the values, symbols, and dramatic art of the Rome event, the Paris event, hosted in the gardens of the Italian Embassy, featured Italian and French artistic excellences immersed in a setting inspired by the gardens of Villa d’Este, a place where water and light become scenic elements capable of generating life.

The awards ceremony (also broadcast in live streaming), was hosted by Masters in Moderation (Content partner), while Alessandro Torraca and Emanuele Sana took care of the event’s direction. Among the top prizes, also second and third places on the podium. The silver GP went to France for the event Francophone Games 2023 Opening Ceremony – Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of Congo by the agency LEAP Creative Studio for client Vivendi Sports, which also won 2 golds in Cultural Event and Musical Event and 1 silver in Celebration/Festivity with the same event.

The bronze GP went to Italy for the Departure Ceremony of the Amerigo Vespucci World Tour, organised by Ninetynine for the Italian Ministry of Defence and Naval Forces, in collaboration with Difesa Servizi. The event also won a silver in Public Institution Event in the world competition.
