Established in 2013 by Sungmin Hwang, Opener DOC has quickly risen to prominence in the South Korean MICE industry. Sungmin expresses his enthusiasm about joining INCON, stating, “I’m very excited that Opener DOC is now a part of INCON. Sungmin holds a Ph.D. in Convention and Exhibition Management from Kyung Hee University and is a certified MICE Professional Instructor. Recognized for successfully managing international conferences, he has received accolades from the Governor of Gyeonggi Province, the Mayor of Yeosu City, and the Minister of the Ministry of Public Administration and Security.
