Creativity, measurement and alignment with overall company objectives are the most important criteria when evaluating the projects. Creativity alone is not enough if you cannot measure the impact of your event.

The key message when selecting the winners should be that we choose creative, measurable and innovative events aligned with the global strategy.

In my view, the role of European event competitions is to increase awareness of an important industry that can contribute to a company achieving its objectives.

Q5: Which achievements and milestones are you most proud of in your career?
During my long professional career, I had the opportunity to work in almost all sectors of the Business Event Industry (Corporation, Agency, Venue, Association, etc.), managing both large Event Operations and Business Event strategy. I always contribute to achieving the set objectives through measurable events.
