ENTER YOUR EVENTS AND TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE EARLY BIRD PROMOTION UNTIL JULY 31.

The prestigious international awards established by ADC Group, which honour excellence in the global event industry, will once again serve as a benchmark for the sector during the upcoming Live Communication Week, scheduled to take place in Rome from 19 to 22 November. The initiative is conceived and promoted by ADC Group and will be a partnership with Next Group. A true “event marathon” will culminate in the 20th edition of Bea World on November 21–22.

You have until July 31, 2025, to take advantage of the Early Bird promotion and submit your events to the global competition at a discounted rate.

What’s new in 2025?

This year’s edition introduces three new award categories:

GRAND SHOW
Events with significant investment, complex logistics and production, and large-scale participation. This includes major inaugurations, sports ceremonies (such as Olympic openings/closings), anniversaries, and high-profile economic or political international events.

LUXURY INDUSTRY EVENT
Events created for luxury brands (fashion, jewellery, automotive, watches, beauty, hospitality, design, lifestyle, etc.) that distinctively express the brand’s identity and aesthetic.

PUBLIC AFFAIRS AND ADVOCACY
Events aimed at building or maintaining productive relationships between a company or non-profit organization and institutional or political stakeholders who influence policies in the relevant sector.
