The new website was developed in collaboration with Nettermedia and shaped by an inspired vision from graphic designer David Kravacek. Under the stewardship of Eva Wade-Keszey, the marketing team has devoted months to analysing user needs, planning technical architecture, devising new site logic. The result is a digital platform that truly reflects the versatility and atmosphere of Cubex’s Prague-based venue.
Since January 2025, Eva Wade-Keszey and her marketing team have led a thorough project: analysing visitor behaviour, mapping out user journeys, liaising with technical experts, researching keywords and trends, writing completely new copy, and polishing up photographs and other visual assets. This meticulous approach ensures that the website meets both functional requirements and aesthetic aspirations, emphasising ease of navigation, search optimisation and engagement.
Seasoned graphic designer David Kravacek conceived a distinctive visual identity for the website. Central to this is a cubist-inspired “ribbon” motif, paying homage to the architectural heritage of Czech Cubism. This ribbon symbolises both the structural elegance of the venue and its capacity to transform: following the Chameleon Concept, the ribbon features a gradient that alters its colour palette as the user scrolls, reflecting how Cubex can adapt to different events and moods.
The website has been built by Nettermedia, whose web developers have implemented robust backend logic, responsive layouts and performance optimisation. Working closely with Cubex’s marketing team, Nettermedia ensured that the site’s unique visual elements perform seamlessly across devices, with fast load times and an intuitive content management system for future updates.

Introducing the Venue Planner: A Unique Interactive Feature
A primary objective has been to highlight photographs and visual details: galleries and full-width images are integrated throughout to allow prospective clients and visitors to appreciate the venue’s aesthetics, layout options and atmosphere. The homepage and key sections employ large, high-resolution visuals, enabling users to explore spaces as though they were on a guided tour.
One of the first venues in this sector, Cubex introduces the “Venue Planner” tool. Visitors can access an interactive interface to design their own setup: selecting the number of guests, room configurations and seating arrangements. Once satisfied, users can download their customised plan free of charge. This feature empowers clients to visualise events in advance and streamline planning discussions.
“We wanted to give event organisers a hands-on way to experiment with layouts, without any cost or obligation,” added Ivo Havránek, Director of Sales at Cubex, who brought up the initial idea.
