Reinvent the Event 2025, taking place on October 27 at the Estoril Congress Centre, has announced its official program under the theme “Unlocking the Unexpected.”

After the welcome ceremony featuring Carlos Abade, President of Turismo de Portugal, and representatives from the Cascais City Council, the event will kick off with a keynote speech by Colja Dams, CEO and Owner of VOK DAMS, a leading live marketing and event agency.

The first session, titled “No Feelings, No Story, No Glory,” will be curated and moderated by Gonçalo Oliveira (Desafio Global) and will feature Catarina Alves Ribeiro (Brainding), Nuno Rodrigues (Creme), and João Baptista (Institute for Tomorrow).

Next comes the session “The Future is Immersive,” curated by Maria Vilar (Immersiv Studios), with speakers Maria Estarreja (Lusíadas Saúde), Tiago Senna (Global Media Group), and Diana Baptista da Costa (Last Tour).

The afternoon begins with a keynote talk by Josh Stinton, who believes that everyone is capable of extraordinary things and will inspire the audience to embrace action, transformation, and courage.

Following that, the session “Reinventing the Recurring, Designing the Surprising,” curated by Joaquim Silva (Feeders), will feature Inês Mendes da Silva (Notable), Álvaro Covões (Everything is New), and André Bernardo (Sporting CP).

A session powered by BEIC – Business Event Industry Club, titled “Shaping Tomorrow’s Events,” will bring together Cristian Hossu (Universum Events, Romania), Jens O. Mayer (Jack Morton Worldwide), and Lars Terje Grorud (HQ Live, Norway), moderated by Maria Kirilova (BEIC.pro).

The program also includes two parallel sessions:

“The Portugal Pitch: Winning International Events,” featuring Lídia Monteiro (Turismo de Portugal), Frederico Nunes (Visit Cascais), Luís Pedro Martins (Turismo do Porto e Norte de Portugal), and Jorge Vinha da Silva (ICCA Iberian Chapter) as moderator;
“Improvisation as a Form of Brand Creativity,” curated and moderated by Rodrigo de Barros Rodrigues (Adyant Consultants), with panelists Raquel Abrantes (Grupo Brisa), Tiago Simões (Betclic), and Inês Condeço (Fnac Portugal).

Reinvent the Event will also feature three workshops:

“AI in Events: From Concept to Visual Content” with Ricardo Guerra (Hello Movement);
“Protocol – A Success Factor in Corporate Events” with Cristina Fernandes (Cerimonial e Protocolo);
“Ask the Expert” with Pedro Magalhães (Europalco).

The day will conclude with a closing cocktail and the Eventeers Awards ceremony.
