Newly appointed CEO Veronica Lindholm brings strong expertise in international business, customer experience development, and strategic leadership to the Finnish Fair Corporation. She will assume her new position 1 January 2026.
She has previously served as CEO of Indoor Group Oy (Asko and Sotka), Finnkino Group, and as Managing Director, Mondelez Finland Oy. In addition, she has extensive experience in board work.
Lindholm holds a Master’s degree in Economics from Hanken School of Economics.

The current CEO of the Finnish Fair Corporation, Anni Vepsäläinen, will continue in her role until the end of the year. She is stepping down at her own request to focus on project-based assignments and board positions in the future.

Helsinki Expo and Convention Centre is Finland’s largest event organiser, producing high quality events and renting its facilities and services as a venue for a wide variety of events. The Group’s turnover in 2024 was € 58.4 million, while Helsinki Expo and Convention Centre’s economic impact on its surroundings amounted to € 245 million and its employment impact to 3,335 person-years (Taloustutkimus 5/2025).
Helsinki Expo and Convention Centre is evolving together with the city and will be investing strongly in growth over the coming years, driven by international congresses and corporate events. One of the largest upcoming projects is the construction of the new event venue Solar – an investment of more than € 20 million. The new-generation venue will be completed in autumn 2027.
