Europe Congress proudly announces the successful completion of the first-ever Events Club Life Sciences Forum, held from 2–4 November 2025 at the four-star Meliá Castilla hotel in Madrid. The exclusive, invitation-only B2B event brought together leading life sciences event planners from companies specialising in pharma, biotech, and medical devices, among other life sciences fields, and MICE suppliers from across Europe and beyond for three days of strategic networking and collaboration.

Organised in partnership with the Madrid Convention Bureau, the forum welcomed a choice selection of industry professionals to Madrid. Over the course of 2.5 days, participants engaged in highly productive prescheduled one-to-one meetings, thought-provoking panel discussions led by industry leaders, and a series of immersive networking activities showcasing Madrid’s unique culture and hospitality.

With modern infrastructure, an unrivalled cultural offering and a spirit that is open to the world, Madrid provides the perfect setting for professionals in the meetings industry to share experiences, knowledge and new ideas.”

Attendees also had the opportunity to join a selection of sightseeing activities curated by Nolam Events, including a guided city tour through Madrid’s iconic landmarks, a bicycle tour of local markets and cultural spots, a vermouth tasting and cocktail-making session, and an art and wine experience blending. These experiences highlighted Madrid’s charm and its ideal setting for MICE events, offering participants an authentic taste of the city’s rich heritage.
