Budapest will play host to the Europe Congress’s Events Club Associations Forum this March, as over 100 event industry professionals come together for 2.5 days of focused B2B meetings and destination awareness, tailored specifically to associations’ event planners.

Events Club Associations Forum is an event highly targeted to the needs of event planners representing global associations and PCOs. In partnership with the Budapest Convention Bureau, the forum will be a way to connect with venues and destinations experienced in hosting large-scale events for international associations while also discovering the varied MICE offerings in Budapest.

Held at Corinthia Budapest, a luxury landmark hotel in the heart of the city, participants will enjoy five-star service throughout the event, including access to the Royal Spa and the property’s top-tier bars and restaurants. The iconic historical venue will be a platform for high-level networking and a base from which to discover Budapest as a destination.

“The Events Club Associations Forum is an excellent platform to highlight Budapest as a competitive and inspiring destination for association events,” said Andrea Márton, Director of Marketing and Communication at Corinthia Budapest. “Hosting the forum at Corinthia Budapest enables us to present our historical setting, large-scale and flexible event spaces, and strong service standards directly to key industry decision makers, supporting future MICE growth for both the hotel and the city.”

Outside of Corinthia Budapest, participants will enjoy two unique evenings at Hungexpo, a major event venue and congress centre in Hungary, and at Gundel, the most famous restaurant in Hungary and a 130-year-old institution in Budapest’s city centre. During two dinners at these iconic Budapest venues, participants will have a chance to network outside of the meeting room and meet other attendees while enjoying the best of Hungarian hospitality.

Four city experience tours and a selection of hotel site inspections will familiarize participants with the beautiful city of Budapest while introducing event planners to potential local venues: A walking tour of the Pest side of the city includes stops at the opera house and St. Stephen’s Basilica—the largest Catholic church in Budapest—and a taste of traditional chimney cake; a tour of the City Park, with visits to the park’s most iconic sites including the Széchenyi Medicinal Baths and the House of Hungarian Music; a sightseeing tour by bus to visit the main sites of the Pest side (complete with a tasting of Hungarian wine, strudel, and goulash; and a private tour of the Zwack Museum with a tasting of Zwack Unicum, a famous Hungarian liqueur.

Hosted buyer registration is still open for event planners representing associations and PCOs who are interested in this exclusive event. Europe Congress will be hosting four more events in 2026 in Copenhagen, Düsseldorf, Prague, and Valencia.
