According to the study, decision makers particularly value the functionality of Helsinki Expo and Convention Centre’s exhibition and event spaces, the diversity of its service offering, the professionalism of its staff, the variety of additional services, and its ability to innovate.
The market research company Taloustutkimus’ annual Business Life Decision-Makers – TEP 2025 (Työelämän päättäjät – TEP 2025) survey gathered responses from 2,959 decision makers, 412 of whom evaluated the trade fair and event sector. Respondents represented senior executives, middle management and other decision-makers across a wide range of industries. The survey was conducted in October 2025.

Helsinki Expo and Convention Centre received the highest ratings in the comparison for the functionality of its exhibition and event spaces, the diversity of its service offering, staff professionalism, the variety of additional services, and its capacity for renewal. Helsinki Expo and Convention Centre also received excellent evaluations for reliability and delivery performance, marketing communications and overall impact, and achieved the highest Net Promoter Score (NPS) in the industry.
