Jack Morton, the global brand experience agency, today announced the launch of a dedicated presence in Spain, marking a significant expansion of its EMEA network. The move reinforces the agency’s global growth strategy and follows its recent transition to private ownership and merger with Impact XM, further expanding its capabilities and international reach across more than 20 offices.

Jack Morton’s Iberia operation will be led by Ángeles Moreno, who joins as General Manager. Based in Madrid, Moreno will oversee operations across Spain and Portugal, building a senior-led team focused on delivering strategic, outcome-driven brand experiences in one of Europe’s most dynamic markets. Iberia’s strong cultural and business ties beyond Europe further enhance its strategic relevance for multinational brands.

The new operation will combine Jack Morton’s global expertise in strategy, creativity, and innovation with local market leadership and agility. The Iberia team will be supported by the agency’s broader European network across the UK, Germany, and beyond, providing immediate access to award-winning creative and production capabilities.

Moreno brings more than 25 years of international experience across experiential marketing, tourism, and culture. An award-winning entrepreneur, she founded and scaled a leading Spanish event agency before serving as Country Manager at AIM Spain, where she led transformation and growth.

A recognised industry leader, Moreno is a former president of sector associations in Iberia and Europe and founder of the EVA Alliance, a global network of more than 250 Heads of Global Events. She was named among Spain’s Top 100 Female Business Leaders. Trilingual in Spanish, English, and German, she brings deep expertise and international credibility to the role.
