The Vivo Catering team is always full of creative and innovative ideas. In light of the current situation, they launched a new product – VIVO BOX TO-GO, developed with sustainability and safety of event attendees in mind. They prepared a whole range of different lunch boxes that are based on fresh, local ingredients and seasonal tastes.
On 11 September 2020, Vivo Catering was part of an online company event by GLS Slovenia. Together with Avantcar Slovenia and their fleet of zero-emission Tesla’s, they delivered over 400 to-go boxes across 22 Slovenian cities.
The “online picnic” took place in 22 different venues across Slovenia and the Vivo To-Go Boxes had to be delivered to all of the venues at the same time. The attendees of the online event (GLS Slovenia employees) wanted a cold lunch, but the lunch boxes can also contain other dishes from small finger snacks and desserts to delicious stews and Slovenian dishes with a modern twist.
Vivo Catering’s new lunch boxes were also served at the first hybrid edition of Conventa Crossover conference, where attendees ate lunch and socialised in the Cankarjev dom garden.
