This year represents MyCEB’s 12th appearance in IMEX Frankfurt as the bureau has been a supporter of this show since 2011. In line with the Malaysia Business Events Strategic Marketing Plan 2021 – 2030, MyCEB’s efforts in executing action plans to profile and empower the Malaysian business events industry are curated by undertaking each business events segment relevant to the countries. This year’s participation is also timely and crucial as MyCEB, an agency under the Ministry of Tourism, Arts and Culture (MOTAC) Malaysia gear up for the promotion of Visit Malaysia Year 2026.
Showcasing presence in Frankfurt, Germany which is a reputable destination to target the corporate segment, the bureau is exuberant to connect in person with the planners, decision-makers and influencers of the business events industry as the tradeshow welcomes over 4,000 expected buyers. The bureau will take this powerful opportunity to push the MyTripleE campaign with the scheduled appointments that prioritise the Automobile, Environment, Pharmaceutical and Science Industries.

The Malaysian pavilion at A220 will showcase traditional games and offer local cuisines to provide a glimpse of the country to visitors. Furthermore, the Malaysian delegation has scheduled additional activities including a meeting with the Asia Convention Alliance (ACA) on 13 May and a networking reception at the pavilion on 15 May.
Additionally, MyCEB held a press conference on 15 May at the Press Centre, Room Symmetrie 2. The session announced the exciting news on plans to strengthen bilateral ties under the MICE/Business Events Community that is currently in the process of being established.
