Over the course of 2.5 immersive days, attendees will participate in match-made one-to-one B2B meetings, high-calibre networking at top venues across the city, and social activities designed to show the best of Prague—all while enjoying the beauty and charm of the historic capital city.
The event will feature two dinner evenings hosted at top-quality Prague venues—the upscale Hilton Prague, which features one of Europe’s largest conference facilities and stunning views of the Vltava river; and Červený Jelen, a modern Czech restaurant led by renowned local chefs, located in a former palace and bank vault.
The event will bring together 200+ selected participants from across Europe, as well as the UK, US, and Asia. Through a unique combination of exhibition and one-on-one meetings, event planners will have the chance to meet with 130+ suppliers, based on the regions and services they are most interested in; networking lunches, city tours, and intentional coffee breaks provide extended opportunities for collaboration.
Three sightseeing tours organized by Czech Convention Bureau will show participants Prague’s hidden gems and provide an introduction to the city’s history, exploring the castle’s hidden gardens (featuring royal peacocks), secret passageways, and baroque parks.

“We are pleased to continue our strategic partnership with the Events Club Forum as it returns to Prague this September. This collaboration plays a key role in positioning Czechia—and Prague in particular—as one of Europe’s leading MICE destinations,” said Tereza Hofmanová, head of Czech Convention Bureau. “Events Club Forum provides an important platform to engage with international buyers and event professionals, and to highlight the strengths, capabilities, and growing potential of our destination. We’re excited to showcase the diversity, professionalism, and unique charm of our country once again this year.”
For the fourth consecutive year, Events Club Forum will be hosted at Prague Congress Centre, the top congress centre in Czech hosting over 200 events per year. Rated the most beautiful city in the world, centrally located in Europe, and full of history, varied event spaces, and nightlife, Prague is an ideal setting for events of all sizes.
In addition to the business program, participants will fully immerse themselves in Prague’s culture, gourmet cuisine, and unique local experiences reflective of the region. Following the success of recent events in Antalya, Riga, and London, Europe Congress continues to lead the way in creating impactful B2B forums tailored to today’s MICE industry demands.
