Event Footprints has today announced the launch of its EF Data Hub platform, built on the Snowflake cloud data warehousing platform for optimum data security and compliance. It is designed for corporate marketers, event owners and event agencies that opt for best-in-class or have a fragmented event tech stack.

This solution addresses a core industry challenge by transforming complex, multi-source data into clear, impactful and actionable data to support event operations, ensuring a smooth data flow between platforms and allowing marketing teams to measure impact.

Two services powered by the EF Data Hub at launch include the company’s Integration Services and Event Stride – Dashboarding service, which provides a single data view across multiple platforms.

The platform has powered some of the world’s largest corporate events and has been used to transform, cleanse and integrate data from core industry platforms such as Cvent, Rainfocus, Bizzabo and Swoogo.

The integration services connect all client event technologies, from registration and event apps to lead scanning (and also martech and CRM systems as required), to extract data. This data is then centralised, cleaned, and organised into the EF Data Hub, a single, reliable source of truth for all event metrics. This year, whilst in beta, the platform has powered some of the world’s largest corporate events and has been used to transform, cleanse and integrate data from core industry platforms such as Cvent, Rainfocus, Bizzabo and Swoogo.

“Corporate event teams and agencies often struggle to get a complete picture of their events because their data is siloed,” said Rob Curtis, founder of Event Footprints. “Our Integration Services do the heavy lifting to connect to every platform, and our EF Data Hub creates that single source of truth. The Event Stride methodology and visualisations are the final, essential piece; it makes that unified data presentable, allowing planners to clearly and confidently demonstrate event success.”

“Our goal is to give planners clarity and confidence,” added Curtis. “This combination of products allows them to move from simply collecting data to actively using it to prove success through a clear and repeatable methodology.”

“We are building a foundational data platform that can power data-led events and allows us to expand our capabilities into AI-led solutions as we head into 2026, utilising agentic AI built into the Snowflake platform,” he concluded.

The Event Stride methodology and visualisations (built using Tableau) are the crucial final step, providing the front-end dashboards that make the unified data in the Hub immediately understandable across the whole event lifecycle. It enables event professionals to view, analyse, and present a complete picture of their event, demonstrating clear ROE and ROI to stakeholders or clients in real-time, with the dynamic filters that are custom to their business, and a supporting narrative provides confidence when discussing event impact with the C-Suite.

The entire process is delivered as a fully managed service, meaning no technical work is required from the client; all data handling meets strict governance and compliance requirements.
