Conventa team once again attended IMEX in Frankfurt on Slovenian stand C320. Meeting planners were able to catch up with Conventa’s latest development, discover the New European meetings offer and chat with Conventa team.
The team presented new, different, charming and yet undiscovered meetings destinations, which hide a great deal of potential and needed to be presented to Hosted Buyers at IMEX.
Conventa is every year more recognized by the meetings industry and meeting planners and this was seen at this year’s IMEX. Ljubljana and the region is booming and t’s a real honour to be able to share a selection of Slovenia’s best venues, hotels, PCO’s, DMC’s and other options with event professionals at this year’s exhibition. Conventa has attended IMEX Frankfurt alongside 14 stand partners. Conventa team with personal approach explored future partnering opportunities and welcomed everybody with a glass of coffee or wine and Slovenian dishes.
Each Hosted Buyer expressed great interest for attending Conventa Hosted Buyer programme in 2016. Meeting planners are welcome to apply for hosted buyer programme that offer them just about everything. Miha Kovačič, Director of Slovenian Convention Bureau and organizer of Conventa explains: “Conventa is not just a two-day tradeshow; it is much more than that. It is a marketing campaign running 365 days per year. It is also an event that remains alert to how important it is to understand client needs, market developments and market trends. Year after year it delivers on its promises to hosted buyers and exhibitors at the only meetings show where they are treated equally.”
