Dubrovnik, the pearl of Adriatic has become a popular congress location and we are not surprised, the location has a lot to offer and the city is growing and developing due to the meetings industry. One of the last events in Dubrovnik was 2016 Hyundai CIS & Eastern European Dealers Convention, which was hosted by Radisson Blu Resort & Spa. The international hotel chain already hosted a large Mercedes event previous in 2016, so obviously the automotive industry finds the convenient, idyllic location and exclusive facilities of Radisson Blu Resort & Spa at Dubrovnik Sun Gardens as a top destination for organizing events.
During 3-day event from 20th to 23rd April 2016 the Radisson Blu Resort & Spa hosted 100 delegates and Hyundai dealers from Russia, Ukraine, Croatia, Macedonia, BiH, Serbia, Romania, Bulgaria, Hungary, Kyrgyzstan and Azerbaijan and announce the awards for best dealers in the region and most of all present participants with new Hyundai car models.
Congress industry will be a big part of the future for the entire region and international and local hotel chains are opening convention centres and performing intensive co-branding. The results are numerous incentives of international corporations to book up the season and convention centre openings one after the other. And off course let’s not forget that Dubrovnik is becoming famous filming spot, from Game of thrones, Star Wars, etc. Looking forward to see what the future will bring for the pearl of Adriatic!
