A BUSY WEEK FOR GR
GR, Ljubljana Exhibition and Convention Center is keeping up with all the projects they have this autumn with great success, hosting three large international congresses and four large corporative events.
This week they successfully proved to be an amazing host for the 6th EuroGeo Conference, a venue that moved this year from Turkey to Ljubljana because of the terrorist threats.
The EuroGeo successfully finished on Wednesday 28th September with amazing numbers to prove it- 76 exhibitors and more than 400 participants from 43 countries. And already the next day on 29th September, GR welcomed the 34th FIMS – International Federation of Sports Medicine Congress, with 500 delegates from the field of medicine and sports.
That means that the night from Wednesday 28th to Thursday 29th September was definitely busy the for employees and workers of Ljubljana Exhibition and Convention Center. With all the overnight work and organization they have once again proved the slogan of GR, the leading Slovenian venue for organizing events, ‘Everything is possible’ is true.
From Thursday 29th September to Sunday 2nd October GR Ljubljana Exhibition and Convention Center hosted the 34th FIMS, under the honorary patronage of Mr. Borut Pahor, the President of the Republic of Slovenia.
The event focused on the emerging field of sports medicine, has the goal to provide a forum for researchers and clinicians from all over the world to exchange ideas.
