Kempinski Palace Portorož proudly announces the appointment of a new executive Chef

German chef Daniel Pause is taking over the hotel’s culinary operations as the new executive chef for Kempinski Palace Portorož.

Daniel joined Kempinski Hoteliers in 2000 at Kempinski Hotel Gravenbruch in the banquet kitchen operations, where he worked his way up to Executive Sous Chef. He gained further experience throughout Germany before joining Kempinski Hotel Adriatic in Croatia as an Executive Chef.

Daniel will be responsible for the whole culinary operations at Kempinski Palace Portorož, ensuring that the Kempinski credo of F&B experiences is reached by keeping the international standards with the local touch points and flair. As Daniel began his work in banqueting, the hotel is proud to enhance the quality in the MICE business even further.
