Kenes Group, a leading Professional Conference Organizer (PCO) and Association Management Company (AMC), has announced four new offices in the Asia Pacific region. The new offices come from signed agreements with representative companies joining Kenes Group. The partner companies will extend the services of the company locally, adding their expertise in the local languages and cultures.

Following the expansion in Latin America, Kenes Group now broadens its reach in Asia Pacific too. Asia Pacific is a dynamic, well-balanced meeting market, with both demand and supply growing, according to the latest IBTM World Trends Watch Report 2016. Having new and improved services, together with the continued strong demand and higher quality meetings, lead to moderate price increases making the region an ideal place for a number of association meetings. The accessibility in the region has opened the doors to new destinations as well. The opportunity to take events further afield has been boosted by the region’s strong growth in airline capacity which grew by 7.6 percent in the first five months of 2016, according to the International Air Transport Association.

Based on these positive developments in the region, Kenes Group reinforces its presence with the help of Kim’s Travel, representing Kenes in South Korea (with an office in Seoul), Global Link MP in the Philippines (with an office in Manila), as well as Destination China, who are representatives in Hong Kong and Mainland China (with offices in Beijing and Shanghai). Kenes Group has been operating in the region since 2008, through its offices in Bangkok and Singapore, managing a number of long term clients and events, such as the Annual Asia Pacific Dental Congress (APDC) and the Congress of the Asia Pacific Initiative on Reproduction (ASPIRE). Having their firm local positioning, all representative companies are well known for their service quality and excellence. “With the representative programme, we build ideal environments for our events, where our representatives ensure our operations onsite are impeccable. We make use of the purchasing power of Kenes Group complimented by the positioning of Kim’s Travel, Global Link MP, and Destination China in their respective destinations. Our clients are guaranteed the successful execution of every aspect of their event” commented Jason Ng, Managing Director Kenes Asia at Kenes Group.

The local representatives are strategically nominated through a set of criteria, where both parties can attest to each other’s service quality and know-how and benefit together from the extended network, knowledge, and connections of one another. The addition of more representatives of Kenes Group is expected in the near future. Kenes Group currently has 29 offices around the globe.
