15,000 delegates, including doctors and specialists, from more than 100 countries will come to Copenhagen in Spring 2018, after Europe’s biggest urological congress chose the Danish capital to host EAU18. The choice of Copenhagen supports the region’s research position and demonstrates that the city is an attractive destination for international knowledge congresses.

“Copenhagen is a fantastic congress city, which has been vital for EAU’s decision of placing the congress here,” says Jens Sønksen, President for Danish Association of Urology.

Copenhagen will host the 33rd Annual EAU (European Association of Urology) Congress from 16th to 20th March 2018. It is one of the largest congresses within research and treatment of urinary tract diseases that will be coming to town.

EAU18 is not the only congress in the proximity of Copenhagen within this field, Malmö in Sweden was chosen to host the European Section of Andrological Urology this upcoming autumn, which is a short 20 minutes’ journey from Copenhagen.
